The ECHO Leadership Program: Reclaiming Your 
Nonprofit’s Voice & Purpose

This in-depth program will help re-energize your nonprofit organization so you can increase your impact and meet quality goals based on outcome.

WHAT IS THE ECHO LEADERSHIP PROGRAM?

The ECHO Leadership Program is a two day program that provides nonprofit organizations with a review of basic strategic planning and marketing principles, and an opportunity to apply them to their own organizations. We lighten things up with a dose of inspiration and some self-management skills.

EDs, senior executive staff, lay leaders and Board members

What You Will Learn:

• How to assess your organization’s strategic and market positioning
• To create a new vision that will motivate your employees, funders, and other constituencies
• To identify core vs. peripheral services
• How to refresh or revise your mission statement
• Key skills to use in managing crisis
• To establish process and outcome performance metrics
• To create branding and messaging that resonates with existing and potential funders, as well as clients
• To develop print and email marketing materials, websites, and to increase visibility with social media

How Is It Delivered?

This two-day program is taught by Katherine Poehnert, PCC. It will include structured discussions, interactive exercises, individualized assignments, tools, and guidelines.
